On-Demand Remote IT Support (Standard)

Description:
Client-approved, on-demand remote support provided during standard business hours for troubleshooting, configuration assistance, and general technical issues. This service is designed for issues that may require more time or investigation than a quick session allows.

Remote access is temporary and limited to the duration of the session. No persistent or unattended access is retained after service completion.


Pricing & Billing:

  • $75 per hour
     
  • 1-hour minimum
     
  • Billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour
     
  • Client-approved, secure remote session
     

Good for:

  • General IT issues
     
  • Software troubleshooting
     
  • Configuration assistance
     
  • Non-urgent technical problems
     
  • Small businesses without dedicated IT staff
     

Not intended for:

  • Emergency or time-critical outages
     
  • Ongoing monitoring or management
     
  • Unattended or always-on access
     

For urgent issues outside standard business hours, Emergency / After-Hours Remote Support is available.

Priority Response | Time-Sensitive | Non-Managed


Description:
Priority on-demand remote support provided outside standard business hours for urgent system issues or suspected security incidents that require immediate attention. This service is intended for time-sensitive situations that significantly impact business operations.

Support is delivered on a best-effort basis and requires explicit client approval for each session. Remote access is temporary and limited to the duration of the session. No persistent or unattended access is retained following resolution.


Pricing & Billing:

  • $175–$200 per hour
     
  • Billed hourly (minimums may apply)
     
  • Client-approved, secure remote session
     

Good for:

  • System outages
     
  • Business-impacting issues
     
  • Suspected security events
     
  • Time-sensitive technical problems
     

Not intended for:

  • Routine support requests
     
  • Planned maintenance
     
  • Ongoing monitoring or managed services
     

For non-urgent issues during business hours, On-Demand Remote Support (Standard) is recommended.

Client Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for their systems, data backups, licensing, compliance obligations, and business continuity planning.

Limitation of Liability

Cgetty Technologies is not responsible for pre-existing issues, third-party software failures, or damages resulting from factors outside reasonable control.
