Do you keep access to my computer after a session?
No. Remote access is temporary and strictly limited to the duration of the session. You must approve every connection before it begins, and no persistent or unattended access is ever retained after a session ends.
What is the difference between Standard and Emergency/After-Hours support?
Standard support covers routine technical issues during normal business hours — software problems, configuration help, general troubleshooting. Emergency / After-Hours support is for urgent, time-sensitive situations outside business hours, such as suspected security incidents, system outages, or anything that significantly impacts your operations. Emergency sessions carry a priority rate.

Do you require a contract or subscription?
No contract is required for on-demand remote support or one-time project work. Managed IT & Security plans are ongoing arrangements, but we keep those terms straightforward. We’ll always be upfront about what’s included and what it costs before any work begins.
